Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in public administration, social work, urban planning or related discipline.
• Considerable experience in project management and program analysis or equivalent.
• Ability to learn BC Housing’s mandate, programs and policies for delivering social housing.

Responsibilities

• Supports development, implementation and monitoring of the portfolio of Supportive Housing and Homelessness Programs.
• Develops monitoring, reporting and evaluation tools for program effectiveness.
• Conducts preliminary analysis of operational effectiveness and identifies service delivery issues.
• Provides staff and external agencies with guidance on program framework and tools.
