Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service, sales, and marketing experience an asset.
• Minimum 1 year experience as F&I Manager preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to discuss financing needs, present financing options, and explain insurance products.
• Secure financing for customers through various lending institutions and ensure all documentation is accurately completed and submitted.
• Ensure that all finance and insurance transactions comply with dealership policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
• Promote and sell a range of financial products and insurance services, including extended warranties, GAP insurance, and vehicle protection plans.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and provide regular reports to dealership management.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to finance and insurance in a professional and timely manner.
