WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

As a Business Functional Support Analyst, your main focus will be supporting end-users in resolving business functional problems. Your responsibilities will include acknowledging and responding to business queries and issues, resolving problems promptly, and providing technical and business recommendations.

It is important to demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, and a solid knowledge of fund accounting. You will also work with team members to support daily activities such as organizing meetings, managing client communications, performing simple implementation tasks, and documentation.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Provide second-line support for applications in scope
  • Acknowledge, diagnose, reproduce, and resolve user issues
  • Resolve tickets within the SLA
  • Manage incident/request queues
  • Enhance knowledge repository
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers as needed
  • Analyze root causes of issues
  • Develop recommendations to prevent problems
  • Evaluate and resolve complex problems
  • Communicate directly with the business and vendors to identify technical issues
  • Offer resolution options to the business
  • Utilize user guides, manuals, and documents for analysis
  • Collaborate with team members
  • Support existing systems and troubleshoot issues
  • Gather requirements and understand current processes for system analysis
  • Design and implement process improvements
  • Manage system configurations and updates
  • Educate users on system functionalities
  • Create documentation for users and technical staff
  • Work with IT and business teams to implement solutions
  • Manage data within systems and databases
  • Generate reports and analyze data for performance and trends
