About the Role: Monex Canada Inc. is looking for a meticulous and proactive Option Trade Support Analyst to join our expanding FX options trading team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring trade accuracy, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Support the FX options trading desk by ensuring trades are executed, reported, and settled seamlessly
• Accurately book and validate FX option trades and swaps in trading platforms, keeping detailed and accurate records
• Handle daily trade reporting tasks and reconcile discrepancies swiftly and effectively
• Regularly update FX option analytics and provide accurate market data and valuations to the trading team
• Work collaboratively with trading, sales, and compliance departments to maintain adherence to internal controls and regulatory standards
• Serve as the initial contact point for operational queries from traders, sales teams, and external counterparties
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 1-3 years experience in trade support, middle-office operations, or a similar role involving FX options or derivative products
• Strong knowledge of FX options and the full trade lifecycle
• Familiarity with FENICS or comparable FX options systems is strongly preferred
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and capability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
  
  

Preferred Experience

• Understanding of regulatory reporting requirements for FX and derivatives
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with exposure to VBA or other scripting languages
• Proven ability to quickly learn and navigate new trading systems and platforms
