The Client Support Business Analyst will be responsible for delivering services to our clients. This role combines technical expertise with business administration to deliver effective solutions while ensuring quality throughout the development lifecycle. This position is 100% remote.

What you’ll do
  • Establish and maintain excellent client relationships and satisfaction
  • Possess clear knowledge of our Solution and support the team effectively
  • Provide expertise in specific functional areas of our Solution, including integration with other components
  • Monitor and track all client requests to ensure proper assignment, ownership, accountability, and timely, quality completion
  • Attend and prepare for regular status meetings with clients
  • Work directly with internal teams to resolve incidents, prepare client requirement documentation, understand upcoming release changes, and support clients
  • Peer review team responses where appropriate
  • Follow up with support teams involved in root cause analysis and support to ensure service level agreements are met
  • Participate in analyzing requests for changes to our solution or internal processes, including updating requirement documentation
  • Manage change order project deliverables for 'Out of Scope' work, including requirement documentation, demos, configuration, and testing
  • Collaborate with Support Team Manager and Client Manager to ensure proper staffing of client requests and effective client usage of our integrated solutions
What you bring
  • College education in a relevant field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Defined Benefit Pension Administration
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to understand business needs and respond effectively
  • Detail-oriented with logical assessment skills
  • Ability to understand client issues and guide on next steps
  • Capability to manage client priorities and expectations
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written) with clients and team members at all levels
  • Knowledge of pension or benefits administration and/or quality assurance is an asset
  • Availability for occasional travel
