Job summary

Fantuan is seeking a Merchant Partnerships Manager in Waterloo to negotiate and secure favorable terms with food delivery merchants within the designated district. You will build and maintain strong relationships, analyze merchant needs, and design plan to increase transaction volume for the platform.

Ideal candidates have sales experience in marketing, FMCG, or food and beverage, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a proactive mindset with a focus on learning and growth.

Requirements

• Candidates with sales experience in marketing, FMCG, real estate, or the food and beverage industry are preferred; recent graduates who are eager to challenge themselves are also welcome.
• Familiarity with the food and beverage industry and a strong ability to identify and understand client needs.
• Strong skills in market analysis, marketing, planning, promotion, negotiation, communication, coordination, and problem-solving.
