Job Title: Organization & Talent Development (OTD) Supervisor (Maternity Cover Contract – 12 Months Fixed Term)

Key Responsibilities:

• Performance Management – Lead end‑to‑end performance management (goal setting → progress tracking → result application). Deliver monthly/quarterly Organizational Effectiveness Reports, including BU performance health diagnostics.
• Talent Infrastructure – Key talent programs: high‑potential identification, succession planning, leadership pipeline. Employee growth initiatives: promotion frameworks, engagement programs. Training execution: onboarding, compliance training, case study workshops.
• Culture Operations – Organize quarterly town halls & annual leadership strategy sessions. Lead internal culture publication (Rice Grains). Drive employee experience improvement projects.

Requirements:

• Mandatory – Fluent in Chinese and English (reading/writing).
• 3+ years of experience in culture/organization/talent development.
• Valid US visa (for occasional short‑term travel).
• Core Competencies – Strong business acumen (quickly grasps operational logic); service mindset – warm, people‑centric approach.
