Position Overview

We seek a talented Business Development Representative to join our sales team. You will generate new business opportunities, identify potential clients, qualify leads, and initiate conversations that lead to sales, contributing directly to our growth.

Responsibilities

  • Research potential clients and decision-makers in target industries.
  • Use lead generation strategies including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
  • Qualify leads and gather information to assess fit with our solutions.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings and product demos with prospects.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads and track progress with CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for smooth lead handovers.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and product teams to improve lead generation.
  • Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, preferably in food or tech industries.
