About the Sales Team

This position is remote within North America.

Job Summary
Success in this role requires persistence, self-motivation, creativity, and strong research skills. The role involves high activity levels in cold calling and online tools like LinkedIn and Vidyard. Knowledge of social marketing and customer experience tools is beneficial.

What You'll Do

  1. Identify and contact decision-makers to generate new business opportunities, conducting needs assessments.
  2. Support lead generation through inbound and outbound outreach via phone, web, email, events, and mail campaigns.
  3. Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing to meet targets, develop communication plans, and facilitate product demonstrations.
  4. Present Emplifi's value proposition to schedule online demos and meetings.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous client-facing experience, preferably in B2B sales or telesales.
