Role: Business Development Representative (Remote, Full-Time)

Qubittron is seeking a high-performing Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-based environment and is passionate about driving pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consistently schedule a minimum of 5 qualified meetings per week with prospective clients
  • Make at least 50 outbound calls per day to ensure pipeline activity and engagement
  • Research and identify potential enterprise clients in need of SAP and BTP solutions
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
  • Work closely with the sales team to tailor SAP offerings and close opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-ups through CRM (Zoho) and outreach tools (Apollo)
  • Identify client challenges and position Qubittron’s solutions strategically

  • Strong knowledge of business development and sales fundamentals
  • Prior experience in enterprise technology or SAP ecosystem is a strong advantage

  • Familiarity with Zoho CRM and Apollo is a plus
