Job summary

Professional Staffing is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Greater Toronto Area. The role focuses on acquiring new clients across distribution, retail, and manufacturing sectors, with responsibility for meeting sales quotas and driving growth in the GTA market.

You will represent the company at industry events, develop presentations and proposals, and coordinate forecasts and budgets. This position emphasizes strong communication, technical aptitude, and a proactive, results-driven

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in Business or similar.
• 2-3 B2B sales experience in industrial or distribution sector is an asset.
• Prospecting and solution selling experience is an asset.
• Technical aptitude is preferred.
• MS Office/CRM experience would be beneficial.
• A performance-driven attitude with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
