Location: Remote Canada

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00 / hour

Job Description

Embark is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Coordinator. The primary responsibility will be booking quality appointments through outbound calls to potential clients, using a provided script. The role involves identifying potential clients, tailoring approaches, handling objections, and scheduling appointments to meet sales targets.

The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and handle rejection positively. Bilingual abilities in French, Mandarin, or Cantonese are a plus.

Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to potential clients using provided scripts.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients.
  • Handle objections professionally and positively.
  • Introduce the company and its services enthusiastically.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments based on client and team availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and scheduled appointments using CRM tools.
  • Meet daily or weekly appointment booking targets.
Qualifications
  • Experience in telemarketing or sales/customer service roles.
