Sales & Business Development Coordinator – Vibratory Feeder Systems

We design and manufacture customvibratory bowl feeder systemsfor manufacturing and industrial automation applications. We’re growing and looking for a motivatedSales & Business Development Coordinatorto support lead generation, quoting, and customer relationship management for local and remote clients.

What You’ll Do:

  • Research and connect with new customers in theautomation and vibratory feeding market
  • Generate qualified leads viaemail, phone, and targeted campaigns
  • Assist with quote development, tracking, and follow-up
  • Set up and maintainCRM systemto manage customer data and sales activities
  • Maintain clean, accurate documentation and support the sales pipeline
  • Work cross-functionally with engineering and project teams
  • Travel tocustomer sites, including remote manufacturing locations

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience insales admin, business development, orlead generation
  • Background inindustrial automation, vibratory feeders, or manufacturing sectors is astrong asset
  • Strong CRM skills and highlyorganized
  • Proficient inMicrosoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams
  • Clear communicator with excellentcustomer service skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing tasks independently
  • Able to travel up to30% of the time, including toremote customer sites
  • Must have avalid driver’s license and passport
