Role Overview: We are looking for a motivated, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team. This position initially operates on a commission-only basis, with clear opportunities to transition to a salaried role upon achieving performance milestones.

Compensation & Growth Path:

  • Initial Compensation: Commission-only (attractive and uncapped earning potential).
  • Milestone-Based Salary:
  • $2,000 monthly base upon meeting initial sales performance targets.
  • $4,000 monthly base upon achieving advanced performance milestones.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and conduct engaging product demonstrations with prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing prospects from initial outreach through closing.
  • Provide outstanding customer service and relationship management to foster client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales or business development experience (preferably in SaaS, mortgage, financial services, or related fields).
  • Strong self-starter, capable of working independently in a remote environment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable operating in a commission-based compensation structure initially.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales enablement platforms.
