Job Overview:

We are in search of a Business Development Representative who is both driven and enthusiastic to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in spotting new opportunities for our clients, nurturing prospective relationships, and contributing significantly to our clients' expansion. This role is perfect for those who excel in lead generation, possess a solid grasp of the marketing and business development sectors, and can thrive in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively seek out and qualify new business opportunities through various methods including cold calling, networking, and leveraging social media platforms.
  • Build and sustain potential client relationships, offering insights into how Lead Prospect's solutions can support their business objectives.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to craft and implement targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Organize and lead meetings with potential clients to showcase Lead Prospect's capabilities and the benefits we can offer to their business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm and implement growth and innovation strategies.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive dynamics to enhance the company's business development practices.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in business development or sales, with a preference for backgrounds in marketing or business development sectors.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing potential clients.
  • High level of organization and time management, able to manage priorities in a remote setting.
  • Self-motivated with the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for fostering transparency, growth, and innovation.
  • Bilingual (French and English) is a plus!
