Job summary

Swim Recruiting is seeking an HRIS Business Analyst for a 9-month contract role in North Vancouver. You will support the People Systems team in enhancing Workday capabilities while collaborating with People & Culture stakeholders.

The ideal candidate brings over 2 years of Business Analyst experience, skills in process mapping and requirements gathering, and familiarity with HR systems. This role requires occasional visits to the office and offers competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Business Analyst experience focused on requirements gathering, process mapping, and business documentation.
• Experience working with HR, People & Culture, or HRIS teams, with an understanding of employee lifecycle and people processes.
• Strong facilitation, interview, and workshop skills, with the ability to elicit requirements and document current and future-state workflows.
• Exposure to Workday or other HR systems, including supporting process improvements, system enhancements, or transformation initiatives.

In this role you’ll support their People Systems team as they expand and modernize Workday capabilities across the organization. This role will partner closely with People & Culture stakeholders to assess current processes, facilitate workshops and interviews, document business requirements, and help define future-state processes. You will play a key role in process mapping, gap analysis, and improving documentation to support the evolution of their Workday environment within a shared enterprise platform.

You will bring the following education, skills and experience to the role:

Compensation

This role pays between $55-70 per hour.
