Eastlink is seeking a Business Analyst in Dartmouth, NS, to turn data into actionable insights for Customer Care and Accounts Receivable. This on-site role reports to the Director, Customer Service & Accounts Receivable, and supports forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring.
You will partner with leaders to identify trends, develop dashboards, and inform planning decisions, while maintaining accuracy and presenting findings to diverse audiences.

In this role, you'll support our Customer Care and Accounts Receivable teams by providing analysis that helps leaders understand performance and anticipate future business needs. You'll work across teams to evaluate trends, support planning activities, and recommend improvements that contribute to operational effectiveness and business success.
