Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, capture requirements, and translate them into actionable user stories and clear specifications.

You will gather requirements from the business unit, consult on risk and asset class coverage, create Jiras, track sprint progress, obtain approvals to deploy in production, and perform data analysis to validate solutions.

Qualifications

• Must have solid functional knowledge and ability to evaluate system impact of changes.
• Experience with requirement gathering and translating to development tasks.
• Strong communication with business teams and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering, connect with Business team to get the requirements and communicate the same to Development team.
• Creating Jiras. Tracking progress for the Sprint and getting approvals from business team to deploy in prod.
• Do the data analysis to create user stories based on the requirements from business team.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Overall IB and BA experience
• Solid functional knowledge, logical thinking, ability to evaluate the impact to the system due to proposed changes
• Knowledge of trade life cycle and Strong exposure to at least 2 asset classes - Equity, Fixed income, derivatives products – future, forwards, option, swaps
• Strong technical knowledge – Sql and DB query tools
• Should be well versed with BA practices
• Ability to handle multiple users/stakeholders

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year
