Requirements Gathering and Business Analysis

Partner with business stakeholders,technology teams, and data owners to elicit, analyze, and document business,functional, and data requirements. Understand and document current-state Oracle database structures,Informatica ETL workflows, transformation rules, dependencies, and reportingimpacts. Define future-staterequirements aligned to the target Databricks-based architecture. Translate business needs into clear,structured, and actionable requirements for delivery teams. Prepare and maintain high-quality projectdocumentation including

• Business Requirement Documents (BRDs)
• FunctionalRequirement Documents (FRDs)
• User stories and acceptance criteria
• Processflows and workflow documentation
• Source-to-target mapping documents
• Datalineage and dependency analysis
• Gap analysis and impact assessments

ETL and Data Migration Analysis

Analyze existingOracleInformatica ETL processes, including mappings, sessions, workflows,schedules, and dependencies. Workclosely with architects and engineering teams to support migration planningfrom legacy ETL solutions to Databricks.
