Job summary

Matix Lumber Inc. is a family-owned building supply centre that serves contractors and DIY builders with tools, materials, design, and construction services.

We are looking for a Sales Representative to join our growing team. The role involves developing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with customers in Winnipeg or Saskatchewan, and coordinating with Ready-to-Move and Construction teams to expand services.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service within the building materials, construction, or housing sectors.
• Familiarity with working in Northern communities is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• New Sales Strategy: conduct market research and identify new customer acquisition opportunities.
• Relationship management: engage with customers in Winnipeg or Saskatchewan and on-site in communities; provide personalized sales support.
• Coordinate with RTM and Construction teams to expand service offerings and develop project solutions; communicate customer needs to internal departments.
