• Experience in an Administrative support role.
• Knowledge of building materials is an asset.
• Ability to multi-task several projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and updating project documentation, including invoice tracking, project tracking sheets, contract amendments, etc.
• Attending project kick-off meetings and managing meeting minutes.
• Handling administrative duties such as subcontractor agreements, invoice processing, and creating operation and maintenance binders.
• Coordinating travel, accommodation, and material logistics for northern projects.
• Ensuring payments, holdbacks, and budgets align with contract agreements.
• Scanning and uploading documents to Procore.
• General administrative support duties.
• Other assigned duties as required.
