Job summary

HUB International in Cranbrook/Castlegar, BC seeks a Commercial Insurance Associate to support commercial accounts and interact with clients, insurers and partners. You will help prepare documentation, process renewals, and respond to inquiries while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

The role requires a Level 2 license, strong service mindset, and ability to manage workload in a fast paced team setting. Onsite role with salary 45k–60k CAD.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Insurance License required.
• 1 year of commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Industry designation assets (CIP/CAIB/CRM) or related diploma preferred.
• Strong data entry and compliance with procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers and marketers with servicing commercial accounts.
• Meet client needs and process documentation (COIs, renewals, proposals).
• Review policy documents for accuracy before sending to clients.
• Coordinate renewals and collect information from clients.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide coverage information.
