Job summary

HUB International Regina is seeking an account management professional to provide professional, efficient service to clients regarding Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health and Personal Insurance products.

You will identify client needs, educate clients on additional insurance solutions, and promote bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International, while leveraging 2–5 years of Personal Insurance sales experience.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Insurance License and CAIB designation preferred.
• 2-5 years Personal Insurance sales experience preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
• Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, efficient service to clients regarding Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products.
• Identify client needs, educate clients on additional solutions, and encourage bundling across HUB services.
• Upsell and cross-sell insurance products to clients.
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in the broker management system.

The Opportunity:

• Providing professional, efficient, and courteous service to all clients with respect to Auto Insurance, Auto Extension, Travel Health, and Personal Insurance products.
• This position is responsible for identifying client needs, educating clients of other available insurance solutions, encouraging the sale of company products and the benefits of bundling all their insurance requirements with HUB International.

What you will bring to the role:

• Level 2 Insurance License and working towards a CAIB designation, preferred.
• 2-5 years’ experience of Personal Insurance sales experience, preferred.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with superior client service skills.
• Ability to successfully up sell and cross sell insurance products.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectivity in both written and verbal.
• Works well in a fast paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Broker Management Software Systems.
