The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team in Fredericton, NB. As a Customer Service Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager and provide courteous, professional service to shoppers in-store.

We value team spirit, a strong customer focus, and the ability to multitask in a busy retail environment. Valid flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for personal and professional development.

Asa Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager.We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs
• Promote customer loyalty by providing exceptional customer support
• Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis

Qualifications
