The Brick in Moncton, NB is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our service team. You will report to the Operations Manager and handle inquiries, follow up with customers, and support order processes with a friendly, customer-focused approach.

We value teamwork and communication, with opportunities for career growth. The role requires flexibility to work evenings and weekends, and a solid knowledge of MS Office. Competitive remuneration and benefits are provided.

Customer Service FT Hourly Regular Full Time B0358-Moncton, Moncton, NB, CA

The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. Asa Customer Service Representative, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager.We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude! The winningcombination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure arewarding experience in one of our fabulous retail locations!

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries and offer solutions in a courteous and professional manner
• Follow up with customers to identify and support their needs

• Review and follow up on order reports on a daily basis
