The Brick in Langford, BC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team. You will report to the Operations Manager and bring a friendly, customer-focused attitude to every interaction. Responsibilities include answering inquiries, following up with customers, supporting order reports, and contributing to a rewarding retail experience.
