Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team in Canada. You will report to the Operations Manager and deliver courteous, professional support to customers at our retail locations.

Key duties include handling inquiries, following up on needs, promoting loyalty, and reviewing daily order reports. We value teamwork, flexibility to work evenings/weekends, and strong communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities
