Job summary

The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager and bring a customer-focused attitude to our retail location, contributing to a welcoming shopping experience.

Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries with courteous solutions, following up to identify needs, promoting loyalty, reviewing daily order reports, and performing other duties as assigned in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to multitask and maintain organization
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs
• Flexibility to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required
