Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team. You will report to the Operations Manager and contribute to delivering outstanding customer support in a busy retail location.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up with customers, and promoting loyalty while maintaining organized order reports. The role requires flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends.
