The Brick is actively seeking to expand our service team. Asa Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager.We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude!

The winningcombination of team spirit and desire for career focused growth will ensure arewarding experience in one of our fabulous retail locations! Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, following up on needs, promoting loyalty, and daily review of order reports.

Qualifications

• Team oriented and customer-focused attitude.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized.
• Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office.
• Flexible to work evenings and weekends as needed.
