Job summary

The Brick is actively expanding our service team. As a Customer Service Associate, you will report to the Operations Manager and join a friendly, customer-focused environment that supports career growth.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, following up to identify needs, promoting loyalty, reviewing orders daily, and performing other duties as needed. The Brick offers benefits including health, dental and paramedical services.
