Job summary

The Brick is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our service team. You will report to the Operations Manager and engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to resolve inquiries and support their needs.

Responsibilities include handling day-to-day inquiries, following up on orders, and promoting loyalty through excellent service. Flexible to work different shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a benefits package that supports you and your family.
