Job summary

The Brick is actively seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Kingston store. You will respond to customer inquiries, offer solutions, and help shoppers find what they need with courtesy and professionalism.

Responsibilities include following up on orders, promoting loyalty, and supporting the sales team to ensure a positive in-store experience for every guest. We offer a flexible benefits package, including Health, Dental and Paramedical Services, and plentiful opportunities for career

Asa Customer Service Associate, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager.We need enthusiastic people with a great customer focused attitude!
