Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life at Park Royal Shopping Center in West Vancouver. You will create an amazing shopping experience and represent our values, making guests feel welcome and valued.

You will use the AEO Selling Model, educate guests on AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program. You will flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, fitting room and stockroom while resolving guest concerns with integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• At least 16 years old.
• Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with guests and help them find what they need with a friends-first approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
