Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Burnaby, BC. You will bring the AE brand to life on the sales floor, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building brand loyalty with every guest.

You’ll use the AE Selling Model to engage guests, educate them on products, and promote the AE loyalty program. This role supports multiple store zones and requires energy, a guest-first mindset, and proper adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail is a plus.
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items that fit their needs.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support store teammates to get the job done.
