Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Windsor to bring our brand to life and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll be the face of the brand, sharing passion for AE & Aerie products and building brand loyalty with every guest. You’ll work across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom, while using the AEO Selling Model to assist guests, educate on products, and promote our loyalty program.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find what they need.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie products and suggest suitable items.
• Promote the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns proactively while adhering to company policy.
• Support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and follow AEO policies and procedures.
