Job summary

CIBC in Milton, Ontario seeks an Owner to oversee daily branch operations and deliver an exceptional client experience. You will lead and coach staff, set priorities, and ensure service standards, compliance, and procedures are followed.

Build client relationships, identify financial needs, and connect clients to CIBC products and services. You will monitor performance metrics, manage risk, and drive growth through local outreach and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking or financial services with client relationship management and sales leadership.
• Strong team leadership and performance coaching skills.
• Operational oversight and regulatory/compliance knowledge in financial environment.
• Ability to analyze business results and drive branch growth.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; customer service focused.
• Comfort with banking technology and data-driven decisions.
• On-site work in a fast-paced environment; timely decision making.
• Post-secondary education in business, finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Commitment to inclusion and ethical service.
