• Strong verbal & written communication; data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Supports the branch/region in achieving business objectives and sales compliance.
• Provides operational support and risk monitoring to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitors and reports on performance; designs and produces reports and dashboards.
• Helps implement strategic initiatives and change management plans.
• Sources new sales & service professional candidates and mentors trainees.
