Qualifications

• CIRO-ID Investment Representative accreditation in good standing; RR licensing is an asset.
• Experience in the financial services brokerage industry with strong organizational skills.
• Strong communication and people-management abilities; coaching staff experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, supervision and performance management of branch support staff.
• Manage day-to-day branch operations, office budgeting, expenses, and accounts payable approvals.
• Support Investment Advisors with buy/sell tickets and client service across Wood Gundy.
