Job summary

Prevost in Mississauga seeks a Branch Manager to lead its service center, drive team performance, and grow the customer base while ensuring profitability. You will manage on-site operations, mentor staff, and implement improvements to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

10 years of industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree with a business major preferred or equivalent training.
Excellent knowledge about bus, truck, and/or automotive industry.
Good computer knowledge with Microsoft Office.
Negotiation skills – balance both sides of sales equation (customer / business objectives).
SAP knowledge would be a big plus.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site leadership; motivation and direction for the branch staff.
Expand the customer base and branch profitability.
Lead and foster winning teams, cross functionally, while challenging status quo.
Implement improvements and efficiencies in the branch; develop skills for team.
Resolve conflicts between the team members and customers.
Ensure compliance with company policies and values.
