The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record in the truck and coach industry. On-site role based in Mississauga with extensive travel and executive responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in the Truck and Coach industry.
• At least 5 years in management or business operations.
• Degree or diploma with business focus is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management, leadership, and supervision for branches.
• Create and execute annual budgets for branches.
• Present to stakeholders including senior management as required.
• Drive sales growth and profitability across the division.
• Manage assets, inventory mix, and market share goals.
• Develop and lead employees for long-term success.
