Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Mississauga is seeking a Branch Manager for our Brandt Peterbilt location to oversee daily branch operations, drive sales growth, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Reporting to the Division Manager, you will lead a team, manage assets and receivables, and collaborate with credit services to support profitability and long-term success, while fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in the heavy equipment field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a progressively responsible management role.
• Proven product support background.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate staff.
• Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
• Relevant post-secondary education is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
• Achieve asset management and market share goals.
• Manage and develop all employees in the branch to build a motivated, long-term successful workforce.
• Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
• Manage branch accounts receivable with the Director of Credit Services.
• Other duties as assigned.
