Job summary

Brandt Tractor Ltd. in Mississauga, at the Peterbilt location, seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily branch activities and lead a motivated team. Reporting to the Division Manager, you will drive sales growth and ensure strong communication across departments to support customer needs.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in heavy equipment and 3–5 years in a management role, with a proven product support background and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years’ experience in the heavy equipment field.
  • 3–5 years in a progressively responsible management role.
  • Proven product support background.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
  • Relevant post-secondary education considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch.
  • Achieve asset management and market share goals.
  • Manage and develop all employees in the branch with a focus on long-term success.
  • Provide feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures.
  • Manage branch accounts receivable in conjunction with the Director of Credit Services.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Description

Brandt Tractor Ltd. has an exciting opportunity for a Branch Manager in our Mississauga Brandt Peterbilt location. Reporting to the Division Manager, the successful candidate will responsible for managing all daily branch activities, and must be a highly motivated individual who possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Be Responsible For
  • Achieve sales growth and profitability in all areas of the branch

What We Look For
