Job summary

Westburne, a Rexel Canada banner, is seeking a Branch Manager in St. Catherines, ON. You will lead branch operations including sales, warehousing, budgeting and inventory, and report to the District Manager while coaching staff to meet targets.

You will hire and train personnel, own the P&L, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain compliance with health and safety policies. The role requires a proactive leader who strengthens the brand and drives revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory and sales experience.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Electrical industry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, training and supervision of branch staff.
• Manage P&L, budgets, expenses and inventory for the branch.
• Maintain high level of customer service and satisfaction.
• Ensure health and safety compliance for all employees.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to strengthen Rexel/Westburne presence.
