Job summary

Rexel Canada Electrical Inc. is seeking a Branch Manager for our Timmins location. You will lead sales efforts, manage branch operations, and drive profitability while maintaining top-level customer service.

A college education and 2–3 years of supervisory experience are required, with 3–5 years in the electrical distribution industry preferred. You will hire staff, guide the team, and implement company policies to ensure inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, and strong financial results.

Qualifications

• College education with 3-5 years in electrical distribution or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong business acumen to analyze financial reports and drive targets.
• Proficiency in MS Office; AS400 experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend sales strategies and marketing objectives.
• Maintain and develop sales and profit objectives with key accounts.
• Ensure compliance with customer service standards and schedules.
• Hire personnel and promote a positive work climate in the branch.
• Ensure policy adherence for inventory, delivery, billing and security.
• Grow the territory and drive branch performance.
