Job summary

Rexel Canada seeks a Branch Manager in St. Catharines, ON to lead branch operations, sales, warehousing and budgeting. You will report to the District Manager and coach branch staff to meet performance and service targets.

You will drive customer satisfaction, enforce health and safety policies, and act as a Brand Ambassador to reinforce Rexel's corporate image while supporting sales initiatives. Electrical industry experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• You have at minimum 2-3 years demonstrated supervisory and sales experience.
• You have a proven record of achieving revenue targets.

Job description

As the Branch Manager based in St. Catherines, ON , you will effectively manage the operations of the branch which will include sales, warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory. Reporting to the District Manager, you will provide direction, training and coaching to all branch staff.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the hiring, training and supervision of all personnel
• You will have P&L responsibility of the branch, managing budgets, expenses & inventory
• You will consistently ensure a high level of customer service
• You will ensure compliance from all employees with all health & safety policies, procedures and regulations
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing the customer experience. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Requirements

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is approximately CAD 70000. Final compensation within this range will be determined by factors such as relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity. This range does not include variable pay or other components of Rexel's total rewards package.
