Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Branch Manager for the Timmins location to lead a busy branch within the electrical distribution network. You will drive sales strategies, manage key accounts, and ensure excellent customer service while overseeing daily branch operations.

The ideal candidate has college education with 3–5 years’ experience in the electrical distribution industry, plus 2–3 years of supervisory leadership, and strong proficiency in MS Office; AS400 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• College education plus 3–5 years of related experience in electrical distribution.
• 2–3 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in selling electrical products and strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and recommend sales strategies and forecasts.
• Maintain and develop sales with key accounts.
• Ensure customer service standards and schedules.
• Hire personnel and promote a positive work climate.
• Ensure inventory control, delivery, billing and security adherence.
• Grow and build the territory.
