BRANCH MANAGER

Location: Trail, British Columbia

Compensation: $80,000-$110,000 + Bonus + Vehicle + Benefits

We're looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial Branch Manager who can balance operational excellence with business development, inspire a high-performing team, and make a meaningful impact on the branch's success.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance, profitability, and day-to-day operations of the branch. You'll have the autonomy to make decisions, implement improvements, and build strong relationships within the local market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drive business performance: Manage budgets, financial targets, profitability, and operational KPIs to deliver consistent results.
