Qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in building materials, construction supply, wholesale distribution, or related industry.
• Proven ability to manage financial performance, improve profitability, and drive operational efficiencies.
• Strong leadership skills with experience building, coaching, and motivating teams.
• Excellent customer relationship management and business development abilities.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, purchasing, and distribution operations.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership style with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
