DMC Recruitment Group seeks an experienced Branch Manager for its building materials operation in 100 Mile House, BC. You will lead daily branch activities, drive profitability, manage inventory and purchasing, and build strong contractor and local customer relationships.

This hands-on role requires developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding safety standards while partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives.

• 5+ years of management experience.

THE OPPORTUNITY

As Branch Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring strong financial performance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
